Teen Punches Dad for Snoring

Talk about some anger issues, 18-year-old Dylan Watson, punched his father because he was snoring. That's right, all his dad did was snore, something that many people do this day and age. I wonder if Dylan knows that sometimes snoring can't be helped and a person may need to get help to stop it.

Apparently his father was sleeping on the couch and snoring, he tossed a magazine at his dad to wake him. When it didn't work he pushed him off the couch and then turned him over to punch him in the face.

Dad went to the hospital, son went to jail.

Cool Site: Automated Man!

Hey ya'll, I just found a really cool site for those of you that actually make money. I know how ya'll feel having to ask mom and dad for some extra things that you want and they may not want to get for you. But if you can spare $40 a month, and that shouldn't be very hard you can get hygiene stuff sent to your home and you'll never have to ask your mom to get it.

I mean if you ask your mom for razors what will she bring home? Probably the cheapest things she can find and that kind of hurts the face. Or ask mom for condoms. Don't bother asking dad he'll say use his.

The AutomatedMan lets you get all this for $39.99

-mouthwash
-condoms (trojans)
-razors
-shaving cream
-toothpaste and brush
-and much, much more

Oh and if you really want to tell mom you want this, they have a site where she can order it, it's called Automatic Mom. Yeah, she should get a kick out of the name at least.

James Kessler, a teen battling cancer, is headed to the Inauguration. This was the boy's one wish for the Make a Wish Foundation, he was able to attend the Victory Speech that President-Elect Obama made in Chicago but they weren't sure if he'd be able to attend the actual event.

Obama told James to "Dream Big," and now he's got a ticket to the Inauguration. Hopefully he'll get to meet Obama himself. But the ticket also has an additional one so his mother Jean can go with him and their hotel just happens to be right across the street from the White House. Wow.

Teen Prostitution Ring in California

There's a growing trend that are frightening many parents, not just because it deals with teens but because it is something that could be happening right next door and we have no clue. What is it?

Well just last week in San Bernadino, California prosecutors had 91 cases of prostitution. But it wasn't of those over 21, instead it was many under. Yes, teens, pre-teens and younger. Many of which are being sold over the net and meet at truck stops or head up to Canada. According to Canada they might arrest up to 300 or more prostitutes a year, but those that are children are normally looked at as victims and not the criminal.

Hopefully something can happen that'll help these up and coming prostitutes and steer them away before someone gets seriously hurt. It is sad enough that it is happening, worse to see the numbers and know that's only the ones that are being caught.

Degrees that Will Help You in Life

So, you are about to graduate high school and have no clue what to do with the rest of your life? Not to worry you aren't alone. Actually many teens wait an entire year before they really decide. Take this time to take a few college credits or a part time job.

But if you are wanting to know which college degrees can help you later in life get hired by others here's a quick list:

Elementary School Teacher- yes, they don't get paid gobs of money and won't make you rich but teachers are needed in cities all over the world. So, it won't be hard to find a job even if you move around a lot.

Computers have been a HUGE success and of course everything is becoming computer-related so one of your best times spent will be dealing with computers. I mean if you can't figure out how to turn one on or send an email you are going to be out of a job.

Computer Systems Analyst or a Computer software engineer are always needed and you can probably make a bundle of money. Imagine working for Google or some other top company.

Accountants make a bunch of money, especially around tax time and if you really want you don't have to work the rest of the year. Course if you want to there is always someone looking for an accountant, tons of business look every day and are always willing to pay top dollar for one.

Financing degrees such as finance analyst, sales agents, securities, commodities, and even market researchers. These all make roughly $50,0000-80,000 a year.

School tries Banning Energy Drinks

In Alabama a school is considering banning energy drinks after many became ill at a prom for drinking too many. While I'm sure they were trying to stay awake, this can become very dangerous. Prom is suppose to be memorable yes, but winding up in a hospital is no way you want to remember it. Stay safe.

Teen Dies when Falls off Roof of Car

Back in school I knew someone, actually a lot of people that would fly through the desert at all speeds and do stupid stuff. One night, things got back, people got drunk and a few guys were 4 wheeling in the desert. For some reason someon went on the top of the truck and fell over, the truck ran him over and he died.

Today, another teen has died from getting ran over after he too got on the roof of a car and fell off. Many times kids/teens and even adults think it won't happen to them. Think before ya'll go out and do something, even these teens thought it would never happen to them. Now this teens family must prepare a funeral.

Will You see Charlie Bartlett?

Charlie Bartlett hits theaters today. For those of you that don't know this is a movie about a boy giving advice in a bathroom stall. In a way this is very much like Ferris Bueller's day off, except more modern and more teens can relate to the scenes.

So will you see it?

Jamie Lynn Spears Throws Super Bowl Party

It seems that while Jamie Lynn's mom was spending time in California to take care of her older daughter, Britney, Jamie took advantage of the situation. According to mags Jamie Lynn Spears held a huge Super Bowl party at her house. Is she already headed in her sister's footsteps? Or was she just trying to be the "cool" kid by having a bash when your parents are out of town?

Teen Arrested over Hannah Montana Concert

It seems not everyone is fond of the famous Hannah Montana, aka Miley Cyrus. This morning a 16 year old boy was arrested in California for his plans to crash a plane into a Hannah Montana Concert near Nashville. The funny thing is, he had the day wrong. Oops.

Apparently he was prepared and ready to take his own life. He actually had in his possession handcuffs, duct tape and a type of rope or yarn. No news yet on why he hated Hannah so much, maybe he couldn't afford a ticket. Who knows.

What did you Get?

What did you get for Christmas? Did you get things that you had hoped for?

My son, not quite a teen got a few "teen" things. MP3 player, cards and video games. I was wondering if any of you could help me in searching for sites that let you download songs onto the MP3 player. I'm new at it so not sure. Thanks for your help.
