American Idol - Hollywood Round 1

After the celebrations comes the drama and the heightened emotions. This part of the journey is called Hollywood week and every day, the remaining contestants talent will be put to the test. The judges will be ruthless - ok maybe just Simon, but he makes up for all three judges sometimes.

The competition will be fierce. And the emotions will be raw. And when everyone is pushed to the break, everything will fall apart. But the goal is clear. At the end of the week, only twelve guys and twelve girls will remain. These twenty four will face the vote of a nation who will eventually decide on who will be the nex American Idol.

Anyone care to place their bets on who the next American Idol will be?  I have to admit, in our house, we are HUGE fan's of Garet, the rooster singing cowboy.  In fact, we've dubbed him - The Turkey Dude!  Love him!

I have to admit, I was a bit surprised by the cut of the twins, Joshua and Jarrett, I though they had a lot of talent considering one of them kind of choked in the first round in Hollywood.
