Idol Math

We can't begin to express what a HUGE shock it was to hear that Chris Daughtry was going home!  He'd been picked as a fav from the beginning and even SIMON had expressed his own belief that Chris would be in the finals the end of May.

Perhaps it can be explained with simple math or perhaps it falls back to our previous belief that more people were voting for the contestant they felt "sorry" for and voted to keep people from getting voted off while overlooking the one they thought would get the most votes anyway.

Who knows?

Regardless of what the answer truly is, we will miss Chris Daughtry and will be standing in line when his first album is released.
