Our editors will select 10 Real Life singles from readers' online submissions – and will feature them on PEOPLE.com and in the pages of PEOPLE magazine.

The rules are simple: You need to answer EVERY question and attach ONLY ONE photo. (Sorry, ladies, but your candidate must answer the questions in his own words or the entry will be disqualified.)

Of course, you must be legally single – and by submitting your entry, you agree to let us conduct a background check to make sure your answers are truthful. Entries must be received by May 29.
